Call for Speakers, Now Open!

BAFT is soliciting dynamic and engaging speakers to be a part of the 2025 BAFT Europe Bank to Bank Forum to be held from March 10 – 12, 2025 in Amsterdam, The Netherlands. Speaker submissions are due by October 30, 2024.

The BAFT Europe Bank to Bank Forum is the premier event in the region specifically designed for transaction banking executives and others involved in international trade and payments industries, and focuses on key issues, challenges and opportunities within the European market that enhance the growth and impact of transaction banking globally.

BAFT is committed to ensuring our programs are diverse and inclusive, and we encourage you to submit speakers accordingly.

We are seeking speakers for the following sessions. We have purposely kept the topics broad to be able to solicit input on the direction of the sessions from the speakers selected. Therefore, please put forward your speakers who have experience, expertise and or an interest in the various topics:

Speaker Guidelines

  • We encourage a diverse group of speakers – expertise, institution/company, regional representation, gender, etc. for our sessions.
  • Speakers should showcase their expertise and thought leadership in the topic and must not use the platform to sell or market their products/services.
  • Speaker submissions are limited to two (2) per company/institution.
  • No speaker substitution is allowed after we confirm a speaker for a session.
  • The speaker must be able to attend the conference in person.
  • The speaker is responsible for covering their travel expenses and discounted conference fees for the event.
  • A submission doesn’t guarantee a speaking opportunity in the program. Our program planning committee will evaluate all speakers for their fit for the session and other criteria. If there are multiple qualified speakers for a session, BAFT members and sponsors will be given priority consideration for session slots to acknowledge the participation and support of BAFT members and sponsors in the event.
  • Speakers must sign a speaker release to participate in a BAFT conference. The release allows BAFT to use speaker photos, bio, slides, and session recordings to promote the event and share with attendees as appropriate.

The 2025 BAFT Europe Bank to Bank Forum will be held March 10 – 12 at the Hilton Hotel in Amsterdam, Netherlands. Known as the site of John and Yoko’s ‘bed-in’ protest, our canal-side hotel is in one of the city’s quieter neighborhoods. We’re one km from the Museumplein, home to the Rijksmuseum and Van Gogh Museum, and our bike rentals make exploring easy.

The BAFT Europe Bank to Bank Forum will be held at the Hilton Amsterdam, Apollolaan 138, 1077 BG Amsterdam, Netherlands.  More information can be found on their website Hilton Amsterdam. Please confirm cancellation policy when booking your reservation.

For your convenience, BAFT reserved a block of rooms for conference attendees. Be sure to book early as rooms are only available at this rate until Feb 14, 2025 or until the block is fully booked. The special room rate is €249 single and €270 double, rates include breakfast. Rooms are limited, so book early using one of the following options:

The room rate is inclusive of breakfast. All reservations require full payment at time of booking. Cancellations can be refunded until 21 days in advance of arrival after which you can no longer receive a refund . No-shows will be charged 100% of the room revenue.
