Prior to joining Deloitte’s Anti-Money Laundering Consulting Practice, Ms. Durisin worked for the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA, legacy NASD) for over 12 years. While employed with FINRA, she held a variety of positions, including Supervisor of Examiners and Principal Examiner. There, Ms. Durisin conducted and managed examinations of broker/dealers, including financial, operational, anti-money laundering, OFAC, insider trading controls, supervisory controls and sales practice examinations.

Ms. Facter has more than 25 years of experience in international banking, including over 20 years with JP Morgan Chase, covering emerging markets, international trade finance, cash and risk management, and securities collateral management.

  • Mr. Alan Ketley is a Managing Director in the Global AML compliance function at MUFG Bank in New York. MUFG Bank is the new name adopted globally by The Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ, Ltd. Before joining the bank in January 2016 Mr. Ketley spent 13 years in the AML space at European and US banks in New York and has focused on wholesale products and services such as correspondent banking, documentary trade finance, corporate cash management, prepaid cards, foreign exchange, corporate trust and lending. Immediately prior to joining MUFG he was head of AML and OFAC at the New York branch of a European bank/broker dealer. Mr. Ketley joined the world of compliance from sales and relationship management where he was responsible for global correspondent banking services and corporate cash management services provided to banks, multilateral agencies and multinational corporations. After obtaining an honors degree in economics from Reading University, Mr. Ketley’s first job after university was at a major international bank in London where the graduate training program included time spent rotating through all the operational departments. He is one of MUFG’s two representatives to the Wolfsberg Group and is the current chair of the Correspondent Banking Due Diligence Questionnaire Steering Committee.

She recently joined BAFT as its Senior Vice President, Payments and Innovation to drive the organization’s activities in payments, innovation, financial crime, and cybersecurity. Previously, she held several positions at The Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System. She was Manager of the Retail Payments Section of the Reserve Bank Operations and Payment Systems Division from 2011-2016 and Senior Attorney of the Regulation Section of the Consumer & Community Affairs Division from 2009-2011.
