David Barber

Mr. Dave Barber joined PrimeRevenue in April 2011. He leads the team responsible for performing spend analysis for new and existing customers, building strategies for optimizing working capital, and supporting the Sales and Marketing teams throughout the deal lifecycle. He previously led the Product Management team through a significant growth phase with multiple new products successfully released to the market. Prior to PrimeRevenue, Mr. Barber was a principal at The Powers Company, and held multiple thought and team leadership roles at Exact Software. Mr. Barber holds both a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering and Bachelor of Nuclear Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology.

Mr. Tod Burwell is the President and Chief Executive Officer of BAFT. Prior to being promoted to CEO, he served as the Senior Vice President of Trade Products with oversight of all trade-related initiatives including the Global Trade Industry Council, Trade Committees, and other strategic initiatives of the organization. Mr. Burwell has over 25 years of trade, supply chain and cash management experience as a banking practitioner, as well as serving as a consultant to global corporations and suppliers of strategically integrated trade solutions. Prior to joining BAFT, Mr. Burwell was a Managing Director at JPMorgan Chase and held senior global management roles responsible for trade operations, launching the logistics business and managing global product sales for trade finance and logistics management.



Paul Johnson
Managing Director

Mr. Paul Johnson is a senior product manager with the Global Trade & Supply Chain team. His primary responsibilities include development and rollout of new trade and supply chain programs, product management and global sales/marketing support, structuring unique trade transactions, training, and working with risk management and compliance. He is based in Los Angeles and has been in his current role since 2002. Prior to joining Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Mr. Johnson was senior vice president at Standard Chartered Bank and vice president at First Interstate Bank of California. He held a number of positions in international operations, systems and finance. Before joining First Interstate, he was a manager with Ernst & Young and acquired extensive audit and consulting experience with banks and financial institutions, both in the United States and the United Kingdom. Mr. Johnson is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. He obtained his bachelor’s degree with honors in Accounting and Finance from the University of Lancaster in England.

Mr. Alexander R. Malaket, CITP, is the President of OPUS Advisory Services International; Deputy Head of the Executive Committee, ICC Banking Commission. A recognized specialist in international business, trade and supply chain finance, he advises government, international institution, banking and corporate clients around the world, conducts seminars, and authors reports on topics in international business and finance. A frequent contributor to industry press, he is the author of “Financing Trade and International Supply Chains.” He serves on the Board of Directors, Forum for International Trade Training, the Executive Committee of the Board, World Trade Centre (Winnipeg), the InternationalAffairs Committee of the Canadian Chamber of Commerce, the B20/G20 Task Force on Financing Growth and is a Nominated National Expert, Trade Finance at UN/CEFACT

Mr. Peter Mulroy is Secretary General of FCI, the world’s largest association and network of factoring and receivables finance companies, with its headquarters in Amsterdam, Netherlands. Mr. Mulroy was previously Managing Director and International Regional Manager of CIT Commercial Services, having served on the Management Committee, supporting the global growth strategy of the company. Mr. Mulroy is a past Chairman of FCI, and has served on the FCI Executive Committee for over a decade. Mr. Mulroy has an MBA from Thunderbird, School of Global Management in Arizona. As Secretary General, Mr. Mulroy assists banks, regulators and governments in educating the role and introducing the concept of factoring.

Mr. Zoran Kanlic is a Director, and Americas Trade Finance Product Head, for Deutsche Bank’s Global Transaction Banking. Joining the bank nine years ago, he pioneered Deutsche Bank’s Financial Supply Chain business into today’s global suite of products. Prior to joining Deutsche Bank, Mr. Kanlic spent three years at Paymentor.com as a Product Manager, where he focused on the web-based invoice presentment and payment acceleration offering. He was also Managing Director at Barter for three years where he managed the web-based barter exchange.
