Jurisdictional Resources on Belarusian Sanctions

BAFT is committed to providing details on economic sanctions and export controls enacted by the EU, Japan, the UK, and the U.S. in response to Belarus’ role in the invasion of Ukraine.

Several jurisdictions have expanded sanctions and export controls against entities in Belarus that target key pillars of the Belarusian economy. These latest measures expand prior sanctions, adding military officials to the target list, and expands the targeted sectors to include wood, steel, and potash.

We encourage members to actively monitor this resources hub as sanctions could change on a frequent basis, and we will endeavor to keep our community updated on changes that impact our industry.

Jurisdictional Resources on Venezuelan Sanctions
