Over the last several years, the transaction banking industry has seen a dual phenomenon of aging talent and expertise coupled with a declining interest in banking as a career choice for new graduates. The transaction banking business is also often overshadowed by other areas of banking (e.g. investment banking, retail).
Due to this, the Future Leaders Class of 2018 set out to create a Transaction Banking Recruitment Video which highlights the attractiveness and importance of a career in international banking.
