Overview


After a strong return to in-person conference in Washington DC last May, the 2023 BAFT Global Annual Meeting is once again back as an in-person conference in San Francisco from April 30 – May 3, 2023.

This highly anticipated conference for transaction bankers and other trade, cash management, and treasury executives, returns with the much-anticipated dedicated bilateral meetings and networking sessions balanced with thought-provoking and insightful sessions on issues the industry faces in this ever-changing world.

Call for Proposals


We are seeking inspiring and dynamic speakers to join thought-provoking and insightful sessions at the 2023 BAFT Global Annual Meeting. This is your opportunity to be a part of this much-awaited event!

Submission Proposal Guidelines

  • Select from the list of session topics/themes for your proposals.
  • All sessions will be between 15 – 40 minutes in length, depending on the format.
  • We encourage a diverse group of speakers – the area of expertise, institution/company, experience level, gender, etc. for the sessions.
  • This is an in-person event. Accepted speakers will be required to attend the conference in San Francisco, California, US, and will receive a discounted speaker rate. Please keep this in mind before proposing speakers for your session submissions. Speakers are responsible for their travel arrangements and other conference-related expenses.
  • Thought leadership and forward-looking session proposals for the themes listed above are encouraged. Proposals and speakers with intent or perceived intent to sell a specific product or service will not be accepted.
  • You can submit up to 3 proposals for consideration.
  • There is no charge for submitting a session or speaker proposal. However, sponsoring speakers will be given priority on available slots. For sponsorship opportunities, check the Sponsorship tab or email here.
  • Proposals will be reviewed by the program planning committee. The committee reserves the right to edit session and/or speaker proposals to better fit the conference program. Submitters of selected proposals will be contacted no later than January 31, 2023.

The 2023 Global Annual Meeting will be held at the Hyatt Regency in San Francisco. The hotel is located at the waterfront and steps away from the Embarcadero, Union Square, and other San Francisco destination favorites!
