The BAFT Global Annual Meeting – The Americas continues to deliver on its strengths of quality programming, leading industry speakers and networking opportunities all in one conference! The Annual Meeting attracts 400+ senior transaction bankers, consulting and technology firms, corporates, government and other stakeholders from over 100+ organizations. The audience will be diverse in geographic scope as well as executive portfolio.
We are once again carving out dedicated times throughout the conference for networking and bilateral meetings with your peers, colleagues and clients. This allows attendees to attend the educational programs and still meet with clients/prospects during the conference.
Plus, we are introducing our new Financial Crime Compliance Workshop on Wednesday, May 3. This is a separate event and registration
from the Global Annual Meeting, which takes place immediately after the
Wednesday sessions of the Annual Meeting. It will cover topics such as customer
due diligence, transaction monitoring, correspondent banking and sanctions. So
plan ahead to stay the full day of Wednesday to also include this in your travel

Their capstone project will be presented during Tuesday’s general session, and their graduation ceremony will be held during the opening dinner on Sunday, April 30.
Annual Golf and Run/Walk Events
Treat yourself or your favorite golfer/client to a memorable conference. Golf enthusiasts will be thrilled with the resort’s 18-hole championship course. Last time we were at the Miller Course, this time, test out the Soffer course, designed by Raymond Floyd.
Not a golfer? Kick off the conference with a 5K Run/1K Walk instead. It’s a great way to start off your day and conference as well!

What Attendees Said About Previous Annual Meetings
"Format of the event was great. Informative and practical. Environment very conducive (captive audience) to facilitating networking opportunities. Easiest and most efficient and cost effective way for me (from Australia) to cover the Americas over a few days.
"Programming and networking were excellent. They were exactly what I was looking for."
"The program was excellent. The speakers were engaging. The atmosphere was positive and enthusiastic. "
“Pleased with the mix of industry forums and networking time/opportunities available. I believe this to be the best conference on the banking calendar.”
“Nice balance between meaningful presentations; good client meetings; broader networking opportunities and fine venue. Some good golf opportunities didn't hurt either.”
